Tax Express is open for business and operating with some important changes to ensure the safety of our staff and beloved clients. Due to the success of the Covid procedures from last year, there will be no in-person appointments at Tax Express again this year, but rest-assured your tax returns will get the same level of expertise and attention that you have grown accustomed to.

Ways to Provide Tax Express with your Data:
Via Your Secure Portal:  We will send you a link in another email with access and instructions to your portal. Please DO NOT email your information . MORE INFO HERE
Drop-off/Mail-in:
Please leave your information in the door slot if you are dropping off after operating hours.
Fax-in: (215) 369-0150

Note: Once we have received your information we will contact you with any questions by either phone or via secure portal. Please make sure to let us know your current contact information and the best times to reach you. Your tax forms must be received before we can schedule a phone appointment.


Ways to Meet:
Telephone Review:
(preferred) We will not be pre-scheduling telephone appointments this year. Telephone appointments are not required and are available upon request.
Zoom or Google Meet

Ways to Receive Your Completed Return:
PDF to your personal "Secure Portal" (preferred)
PDF to a flash drive
Printed and assembled


Distribution of Completed Returns:

If you elect to have your return printed or on flash drive.  Pick-up will have to be during office hours. We can also mail your a copy of your return at an additional cost. No returns will be completed until we payment is rendered.

We know that some of these new procedures may be difficult for some of you. We will try our best to address each of your concerns. Telephone hours and office hours have been reduced to handle the inflow of paper, telephone calls and virtual appointments. We look forward to getting back to normal and seeing you all next year, hopefully in-person.
